May 6, 2026
Good morning, everybody. Welcome to faith class. Amen.
This is bishop Benjamin. I'm actually at the airport today, but we are, we are in the month of May now talking about the power of miracles, the power of and purpose of miracles. And, I'm excited, because what GoldCare is doing right now in this season to bring about health, to bring about wholeness, healing, the power of relationships. Glory be to god.
It is just an amazing thing, and I am just so thankful to what god is about to do in this season with GoldCare, with the GoldCare family. So let's pray. Father god, we thank you for giving us this moment in time to be together, to share, to to delve into your word, to dive into it, to get more understanding, to be rooted and grounded in love, to exercise our faith even, oh god, in everyday life. Thank you for doctor Gold and her heart and her compassion, o God, to see medicine, to see faith and medicine, o God, enjoined, o God, in the pursuit of building and making us live a healthier and more spiritual life that pleases God.
We thank you for it now. All of our doctors, all of our nurses and IT, our staff, all of the wonderful clients and affiliate members of GoldCare. We thank you for it now. It's the name of the god of Abraham, the god of Isaac, and the god of Jacob in Yeshua's name, Jesus Christ.
Amen. Alright. We're gonna talk about the power of miracles. How does miracles draw us closer to God?
The purpose of miracles is never just for the sake of having a miracle. It has a purpose. And, we're gonna talk about the plagues of Egypt. I know you guys are like, how is that gonna draw us closer to god?
Anyway, we're gonna we're gonna we're gonna dive into the book of, the book of Exodus, and most of us know, that those plagues were real. Exodus, chapter seven verses fourteen through seventeen. Exodus chapter seven. God performed these miracles, of course, through Moses, alright, and, to demonstrate his power and authority over what?
Over pharaohs, okay, over pharaoh and the, of course, the Egyptian gods. So, the the plagues, of course, we're gonna talk about some of them, like the now turning the blood. These were also signs to lead Israel to trust in Jehovah. See, so we we we're really gonna understand this.
Hopefully, you guys are gonna understand the way god is when god when the devil is messing, god is blessing. How about that? Did I just did I just rhyme today?
I I I want y'all to know that everything that looks like a mess up, everything that looks like a mess, there is a message. Did you get that? Can't have a message without a mess, and you can't have a testimony without a test. So I wanna say good morning to each and every one of you all.
I love seeing your faces or your pictures. It's it's always a blessing here. But this month right here you you know a lot of things are going on this month with National Day of Prayer, with Rededication of America, Mother's Day. We're talking about miracles.
Pentecost Sundays, May twenty fourth. Oh, it's just it's just Memorial Day, the miracle of honoring those, oh god, our soldiers.
There's there's a lot to be thankful for, in this in this month of May. So let's let's look at Exodus chapter seven. I'm gonna be using the King James version.
Yeah. I know I love the King James. I might go amplify it a little bit. But here, verse number, fourteen. And the Lord said unto Moses, pharaoh's heart is hardened.
He refuseth to let the people go. So so so so you gotta understand the power. This is about who has the power to do the purpose of god. A lot of people have power, but you gotta ask yourself.
And ask yourself today, if I have power, will I do the purpose of god with that power? Well, we know pharaoh had power, but what was he doing? He would not let the people go. For what?
Because they want to to go and worship god.
Oh my goodness. Some of us are gonna be in strategic positions. How about I just prophesy with this whole group? God's gonna put you in a strategic position to let the people go.
See, because something else is holding on to the people.
Something else is trying to oppress the people.
Something else is trying to unmotivate the people. That's a word unmotivate. Something else is trying to, turn the people the wrong way, and God is gonna put you, us, we, doctor Gold, in a position to let the people go. That's the miracle.
And it says here, get thee unto Pharaoh in the morning, verse number fifteen of of Exodus chapter seven. And, lo, he goeth out into the water, and thou shalt stand by the river's brink against, brink against he come. And the rod which is turned into a serpent shall take in thine hand, and thou shall say unto him, the lord god of the Hebrews have sent me unto thee saying, let my people go. Notice the power has a purpose.
Never use power without purpose. What was the what was the purpose of this miracle? What was the purpose of this power? To let the people go. Not for them to go to the park.
Oh, goodness.
Whoo. To let the people go to worship god.
To let the people go. I want you to just keep on thinking, why do I have this power now? Why do I have this position now? Why do I have this favor now?
Why do I have, come on, such insight now? Why? And you gotta connect that to a purpose. You have to.
So he says, let my people go, saying let my people go that they may, what, serve me in the wilderness. Now serving in the wilderness, okay, was was a intermediary intermediary purpose because the the the the whole thing was that they would enjoy what? The promised land.
But sometimes miracles come in phases.
You get power for this so that you can have power for that. Am I talking to somebody today? You I know some of y'all want power for the whole thing, but I'm learning, and I'm I'm getting older. I was once young, and now I'm old.
I've never seen the righteous forsaken nor a seed begging for bread. But sometimes some of us want the power for everything. But in this case, god gives us wisdom to say, okay. I'm getting power for this so that I can have we can have doctor Gold can have power for that.
Don't be anxious.
Don't be delirious. Don't be fearful.
This miracle was purposefully put in place to move them to the next level. And I believe for all of us at GoldCare and for those that have your businesses or maybe your ministry or your family that God is gonna give us. I'm talking about for my family too, for all of us. God's gonna give us the power, this miracle in May, May miracles, so that we could go to the next level.
The power for this so that we can have power for that. How many want power for this thing right now? Whatever you're dealing with right now. Come on.
Don't you want power for it? Come on. I want power. I want power. Look. I know I know there's some things that all of us need to deal with even probably today, this week, this month, and we need a miracle.
We want the power for this so that we can have power for that, that other thing. I don't don't worry about the other thing right now, Such is the evil thereof. Right? Jesus said, worry not.
Don't don't worry about tomorrow. Take no thought for tomorrow. That's in the New Testament. But such is the, what, the evil thereof.
You have plenty of opportunities to think about tomorrow.
But right now, what do you need today?
And so here, he says, behold hitherto, thou would would not hear.
How many times god told a fair let him go? I mean, y'all know at least ten times. Right? There were ten plagues.
But here, this plague with the with the with the water, thus said the lord, in this, thou should know that I am the lord. Remember, miracles always have a purpose. The problem sometimes with miracles with people is that they don't understand why God did the miracle, and so they asked God again for the same miracle. God didn't do the same miracle with Egypt.
Remember, he did different miracles every time. He didn't so once he did the water, he didn't go back to do the water again.
Hallelujah. And I want us to get to this place where we understand why god is giving us the power to do something in this season, Not just giving us power to show off.
Oh, I turned the water into blood. Look at me. Oh, come on now. Y'all know you don't wanna waste the power. We don't wanna waste a miracle in this season. How about you? I don't wanna waste a miracle.
I wanna understand the purpose and the power of it so I can move to that next thing, that next level. So he says, I am the lord. You're gonna know. You're gonna know that I am the lord. You're gonna know. That's for me, I can't tell you how miracles have drawn me closer to know that I am nothing without god.
Without him, I can do nothing. There's a song he used to say, without him, I can do nothing.
Without him, I would fail.
Without him, I would be drifting just like a ship without a sail. So without him so so I've learned over my years of being saved that to know the lord is is just the most blessed thing of all.
Just to know that I know the lord. And here, he's trying to get pharaoh. If you really look behind the scenes, if you really look behind the scenes, god was not trying to kill pharaoh.
If you really look behind the scenes, God was trying to get pharaoh to know him.
I know some of y'all think God was God is gonna kill pharaoh.
Oh, god wants all men. There's there's a scripture in the New Testament that says that god would have it that no man should perish. There's a scripture in the Old Testament that says, it it doesn't please god, the death of the wicked. God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked. He has no pleasure in it. None.
And and and so he said that thou shalt know that I am the lord. Behold, I will smite with the rod that is in my hand upon the waters which are in the river, and they shall be turned to blood.
Whoo. That word turned, and I I I want you to know what miracles do. The word is.
I'm sorry. It's it's it's it's like or.
It means to turn, to overturn, to change, to become. In some sense, in a negative sense, it means perverted. Some people turn things into something bad that was supposed to be meant for something good, you know, like the purpose of of of, you know, plants and herbs. You know?
They have a purpose, but if you turn it if you turn it into something that ends up poisoning you or hurting you, then you perverted the purpose. It's called abuse or abnormal use. But in this case, god was gonna turn this water that was for good that flourished to nurture the the land of Israel into blood now. Hafak.
Just to show that he's god.
You shall know that I am the lord and and I want you all to think about this. This same rod that Moses had, and I want you all to know there's an instrument in your hand too. All of you all have some gift, some skill, some ability in your hand. And god says, I can use that skill, that ability just like Moses used the rod and it turned into a snake, and then it turned back into a rod.
You know, it turned to a snake for a reason because there was a purpose. Remember? The other staff members of Pharaoh's team, remember what they did? They turned their rods into snakes, but Moses' rod ate their snakes.
So your gift, if you can hear me today, our gifts are used sometimes to show that whatever the world is trying to do, we can eat it up and spit it out. Come on, somebody. That that that your your skill sets, your gifts, your abilities is no competition for the world. The world has no competition against it.
And and and you gotta know what's in your hand in this season. Moses says, I'm gonna take this rod in my hand. I'm gonna touch the waters, and I'm gonna hot **** it. I'm gonna pervert it.
I'm gonna turn it. I'm gonna change it. I'm gonna make it become something else. And I want you to know your skill sets, your abilities, you God's gonna use you in this season to change something, to turn something around.
And sometimes when the enemy comes against you, you have to turn it so that let him know you don't control my situation. Am I talking to somebody Some people think they could they're inspector on your underwear. That's an old commercial. I don't we it's not Haynes until we say it's Haynes.
You know?
Fruit of the loom. You know, the the inspectors. You know? Fruit of the loom inspectors.
Some people think that they control your destiny.
You sometimes have to let them know that you do not control my destiny. Hallelujah. That's what the rod was god gave Moses that rod. Same rod is probably using to do tend to sheep and everything.
Now is a weapon of righteousness in God's hands. God wants to take your skill sets, each and every one of you all, and make it in going to Romans chapter six that when we yield our members to God, we become weapons of power or weapons of righteousness. Hallelujah. Look at your neighbor right now if you could slap your neighbor right now and say, neighbor, I'm a weapon of righteousness.
I'm a weapon of power.
God took that rod and used it as a weapon of righteousness, a weapon of power, and touched that element, that that natural element, which was water, and turned it to blood. Oh my god.
Look. As we're going in this season, you are going to be put in a situation to let some people go, to free to free the oppressed, to as Jesus said, the Isaiah mentioned in in Isaiah chapter sixty that the spirit of the lord is upon me, and he's anointed me to preach the gospel, hallelujah, to the to the poor, to set the captives free, to open up prison doors, to give sight to the blind.
And I I I want y'all to be in a place right now where you understand the power of god.
Know, Catherine, we just have to go with it.
We just have to go with the flow, but I'll try to do as best I can, to to to change it up. But, look, we have, in essence, an understanding of some skill that God has given you to turn turn things around for this world, for a group of people. Who knows? For a community. How about for a whole city?
Could you could you imagine that that water turned to blood affected basically all of Egypt? Could you imagine that? And everyone's crying, turn this water back to what it used to be, all because of the hardness of an enemy.
Now you know what's going on in this nation.
Things are going bad sometimes not because it's just going bad. Somebody's heart is hard, and god is trying to tell them, let the people go, and they won't. They won't let the people go. And god uses us in these situations to make to help motivate them to say, hey.
Either let them go or this thing is gonna keep on being the same way it is. But remember, in the Old Testament in Egypt, while they had water turned to blood, Israel had fresh water. So whatever miracle that happened to go against pharaoh's plans, it never hurt Israel. It never hurt the children of Israel. Come on. I want y'all to have faith. If god is using you to send a a clear message to the enemies of your community, to the enemies of your city, to the enemies of your nation, to the enemies of whatever, your family, whatever, you're gonna be protected.
You're gonna be protected, and god knows how to do that. That's a miracle. That is the miracle.
Whoo. I'm gonna stop right there. I wanna open the call up for any positive comments or questions.
I really, really want you guys to really hear my heart today. Anybody who's feeling now that God is about to set you up, I'm gonna give someone a chance to talk about it, but you're really being set up right now to be a blessing to so many people.
Hallelujah. Who wants to be first to talk about it before we close the call today?
Who wants to be first?
Alright. I see your comments. Glory be to god.
I was so I was hoping that somebody come out before me.
Hey. I know what that is. That's the city of David. That's the city of David.
Actually, that is on the western side, eastern side, I'm sorry, of the old city.
Just just before yeah. See, he said see, that's not the city of David.
That's actually Alright.
Okay, John.
You get me all the time.
You you get me. Okay. God bless you, man. What are your thoughts?
Well, you know, it's it's interesting in terms of prayer this morning and, of course, going into the scripture right now. I mean, we have to understand, of course, this is a deeper teaching, that as god was moving in Moses' life and and getting Israel, to finally break away from pharaoh and the Egyptians, that god was coming against every god that Egypt worshiped.
So when Moses turned the water into blood from the Nile, that was a god that the Egyptians worshiped because, of course, water is essential for life, when you're in the desert. I mean, you've been you were to Israel, right, back in December, and you've seen how much desert is around Jerusalem. Right?
And if you don't have access to water, you have access to death.
Water is life in Israel. And it's and anywhere in the Middle East there. Water is essential for life and is even more precious than gold and dare say even oil.
So as god is using Moses in this, and of course, he doesn't release Israel right away because he wants to make it so obvious to the Egyptians that he is the god of gods, that all of these plagues happen until finally he says enough is enough. And the last one is the god of pharaoh because god pharaoh has set himself up as god.
And we need to understand this that sometimes in our own lives, we have set ourselves up as god, thinking that we know better than god, and we can go ahead and do what we believe is right in our own eyes.
And the wisdom that I pray for is that I'm not better than God or greater than God, that I can't do anything without his help. And I think something like this when we look at the story of Moses remember, Moses said that he couldn't speak.
Yet he grew up in pharaoh's house, and he was the prince of Egypt. So he was getting given the best education that somebody can get. Even a Hebrew couldn't get that education. He was given the education of an Egyptian.
So he knew his history. He knew he knew how to speak Egyptian. He knew how to speak Hebrew. So the fact that matters so here's a man who was given all this education, yet he felt he was not capable of doing what God has requested him to do. And yet God honored him and brought his older brother alongside him in order to help. Look at the lessons that God's teaching there. Look at the lessons that God's teaching here.
Without my help, you can't do anything. That's why it's so important for us to yeah. The lightning in the the lighting in the the airport that you're at is kind of bad.
The the it's so important for us to recognize this because God has given us the written word. It's not oral anymore. He's given us the written word to show us that without his abilities allowing that we need to open up to his abilities and to lay down our sins so he can use us in such a mighty way to to go ahead and do the works that he has created us to do. It's like you just said, Bishop. Each one of us has an ability that God has given us that only we can do. But if we don't choose to step up, he'll choose another.
Wow. I I I am, thanking, god right now for what you just said because, you know, some of us think that we can't be used.
And just like Moses, he thought he couldn't be used.
I think he's probably looking at his looking at the Torah right now going, how in the world did I write the five first five books?
How did did that happen? It's called the books of Moses.
Here we are thinking that that sometimes we think we can't be used, but god in this miracle used Moses to prove a point that there is no one like Jehovah. There is no one like God. And when we go through these miracles and we talk about how God is gonna prove himself to our enemies in this season, I am getting excited because sometimes, y'all know this, be honest, they look like the big hila monster. They look bigger than us.
They look like they got more power than us. They look like they got more money, more favor, more whatever. And god is saying, no. No.
No. No. No. They don't.
Use your skill. What's in your hand? What's in your hand, Moses? Use what's in your hand. Thank you, doctor John. I'm I'm I'm getting excited. I I I need y'all to start thinking make a list of all the skills you have.
Use what's in your hand. Doctor Dana says, thank you so much for the message. Even though I rarely speak, I get so much out of these classes. They are my fuel for the week.
Thank you as well, John, for always chiming in when asked. I look forward to this class above all others. God bless you, doctor Dana. Anyone else?
Love your comments. Prayers. Remember, prayer requests, faith at GoldCare dot com. Anybody else? I'm picking on you guys now.
Audrey, Vanessa, Jayna, Kathy, Catherine. We got a lot of Kathy's on the call today. We got Catherine. We got Kathy.
We got Kathy.
Okay. Thomas.
Anyone else? Comments or or type your comments in. We we do read your comments. Vanessa says, amen.
Good insights. Glory be to god. I do recognize the the lighting too, so that's why I'm just I took the camera off so that we could just focus on the lesson. Anybody before we close the call you know, one of the things here, getting Moses, I guess it was Aaron, like doctor John said, to say the message.
You always have to remember this, and no matter how big your enemy looks, no matter how fortified, you always gotta speak to your enemy. Never never never miss the opportunity to say what the Lord says to your enemy because it's not really you. It's the Lord talking through you. That's why in the old New Testament, Jesus said to his disciples, do not take no thought for what you're gonna say when I put you before kings and great men.
It's not you talking anyway. It's your father that is talking through you.
So who was talking to pharaoh? Was it really Moses or was it god?
Well, it was Moses' mouth, but it was god's words.
I want you all to start thinking now. It's my skill set. I went to college for it. I went to training for it.
I got a certificate for it, but it's god's words using my skill. It is god's words using my business. It is god's words using my ministry. Oh, I love this.
It is god's words, but he's using my marriage to bless other people. He's using my family. It's god's words. He said, say unto pharaoh.
Look at that. Say unto him, the lord god of the Hebrews has sent me unto thee saying, let my people go. So say unto him what I said, and I am excited about what god's gonna do to this group. He's gonna speak to us this in in in this May. May miracles. Anybody else before we close?
Bishop. It it brings me about to this scripture. This it came to mind as I was speaking. It says here first Corinthians chapter one verse twenty five. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
So God has a tendency to use the foolish fool the foolish, and he uses the weakness of us so he can come through stronger than we are. It's just a matter of us obeying and bowing to his words so he can use us.
Oh, that's a good point. That's a good point. We we think it's weaknesses, and god is going, yeah. I need that weakness so I can make them look foolish.
Yep. I did. Exactly.
I I've seen god embarrass my enemies so many times, and I wanna laugh so hard, but you gotta keep a straight face. You gotta you gotta keep a straight face. You it's the temptation to go, but you gotta keep you gotta keep a straight It's it you know? But but you you but you could always tell god is making them out of a fool.
It's it's apparent.
And and but you I've learned how to keep a straight face. Look at doctor John. I can tell doctor John be laughing his tail off.
But you you you gotta keep a straight face when god is embarrassing your enemies because the point the point of showing your enemies that they are foolish to even come against god is going back to the purpose again of why god gave you that power.
Okay? And and so it wasn't to embarrass Pharaoh. It was to let his people go. That was the purpose. And at the same time, he was still trying to save Pharaoh. He's trying to get Pharaoh to know the lord. He shall know that I am the lord.
But, you know Amen.
Sometimes people just gonna stay a fool all their life, and that's we can't do anything about that. So Nope. We we gonna go ahead and close. I'm getting happy about this message because I know God's gonna use us this month.
I know God's gonna use doctor Gold this month. Y'all tell doctor Gold, get ready. God is gonna use her to make a fool. I said like this, a liar out of the devil.
Somebody said the devil is a liar.
He God Devil is a liar.
God is gonna make a liar out of the devil this month. He's gonna make out of this today, this week, he's gonna make the devil out of a liar. Alright, gang. We're get ready to go.
Catherine said this is my first time. Thank you. Appreciate it. Oh, we love you, Katherine.
Thank you for being with us today. Come on back. Glory be to god. We have a good time here in in the name of the lord.
Alright, gang. We're gonna get ready to close call. I know sometimes we go over. It's so good sometimes, but we're gonna close the call.
I'm gonna give Doctor. John final comments unless there's somebody else going once, going twice, going three times.
Alright. We love you guys today. Make sure you send your prayer request to faith at GoldCare dot com. Faith at GoldCare dot com. Look, Jaina is on today. Doctor Jaina is on the call today. Hey, Doctor Jaina.
Alright.
We we love Doctor Jaina.
Amen.
We miss you too, doctor Jada. We we love you. Kathy says thank you. Great message.
We love you, Kathy, too. We love you, Kathy. Alright. Doctor John, final words, and then we'll close the call.
It's been a month now since you celebrated resurrection day. So, and we're right towards the end of Pentecost. Right?
So I think this this, this saying comes across.
The resurrection is our assurance that every promise God has made can be trusted.
Alright, gang. You heard it. Every promise God has made can be trusted. I trust in God. How about you? So let's trust him this month. May miracles, but every miracle has a purpose.
God's gonna take you and I, all of us, Doctor. Gold, GoldCare, to the next level. This miracle is for that so that we can use the next oath. I mean, this miracle is for this so that we can use the next miracle for that.
Hallelujah. So god bless you all. Father god, thank you lord for this day.
GoldCare family, doctor Gold, her heart, her passion, for all of the doctors, all of the team, the IT, the staff, everyone, the clients, the affiliate, the members, we praise you for this month of May.
