Stay Attached to The Root

Good morning, everyone. I am back. Happy New Year to all, and I pray that you all had a blessed Christmas and, Hanukkah season. Seems like I've been away for a long time, but, I'm glad to be back. God's got amazing plans for all of us this year. Bishop Benjamin is traveling. He's in Detroit right now. He's got a conference up there. He's, doing some things with pastor, Seawall, who I got to meet when I was in Jerusalem. I have so many stories to tell you about Jerusalem, but I just wanna let you know that we need to continue to pray for the people of Israel. They're suffering immensely. A lot of the people I met over there are are suffering from PTSD, for what happened back in in October seventh, twenty twenty three. Bishop and I talked on Monday, spent over an hour talking, and still haven't, scratched the surface of all that we encountered over there and, what we wanted to continue to do for our brothers and sisters in Jerusalem. Jerusalem. So as I was talking to him and the Lord was speaking to me in the midst of our discussion, you know, as a pastor, you're always looking at, uplifting the body and, you know, it's a new year, another new year. And the younger I get, it seems the quicker the years go by. Yes. You heard me right. The younger. I think there's something that, as I was discussing with Bishop on Monday, is, something that we need to understand. And spending that short time in Israel, and it was short. Overall, was, like, five days, six days on the ground. It's my third time being there. But I want to, ground you, and that's what I mean ground you into something that is stable, something that is a rock. Because I truly believe that we are in the last of the last days and that there are things that are going to happen that many are going to be shocked, taken back, but it's all scriptural. So this morning, I'm going to pray. We are going to be in chapter eleven of the book of Romans. Again, chapter eleven of the book of Romans. I'm gonna be starting in verse eleven. I'm going to try to keep it short, obviously. I can't deep, delve into deeply as I want, but, hopefully, I'll get my message across concerning I believe it's God's message that I'm trying to get across, taking myself out of it. So let's pray and open up. It is now nine zero four. I believe, hopefully, more will come on. I did invite several other people to come on. If this is your first time, you are welcome. And I pray that after this morning, will be blessed as well as invite others to come back. Father, thank you for this opportunity you've given us as this family you've put me into the as we gather together this morning, this beautiful morning here in South Florida. I don't know how it is in your part of the world. But we are blessed that we can use technology like this to come together from different parts of this country. And we just pray and we lay down our lives right now to you, that we hear your voice, Lord, that you bless us with your appearance and your presence, and you teach us and you guide us and impart not just your knowledge, Lord, but your wisdom as to how you want us to live our lives, and especially this day, but every day throughout the week and the coming weeks and the coming months as we prepare for the coming of your son, Yeshua. So thank you, Lord, for this opportunity. Thank you, Lord, for your love. Thank you for being with us now in Yeshua's name. So today's lesson is titled it's it's it's it's called stay attached to the root. Stay attached to the root. One of the things I was discussing with Bishop on Monday is how the Christian church has kinda lost its way throughout the decades, missing out the fact that we are not a separate religion. I know some of you are gonna say, well, wait a minute, John. I mean, we're Christians and we have this sect and we have we're Baptists and we're Presbyterians and we're Calvary Chapelites. Yeah. But the root's the same. We have to understand is that there is a root that we are we are attached to. And somewhere along the line, we have not all churches, but most churches that have been at or have served at, that we have lost our Jewish roots. Now understand this for those of you who are here the first time, I am a messianic pastor. I teach the scriptures from a Jewish perspective. So for me, being in Israel is like being home to me, and and it's truly feels like being home. Different environment, different culture, but it's home. It's like when I was in Puerto Rico, when I was doing my Caribbean tour down there. Puerto Rico for me, even though I didn't grow up on the island, my parents are from the island, my aunt most of my ancestors from the island, I still have relatives on the island. It feels home. But Israel, there's just a sense of being there. I can't describe. I met a a pastor that is associated with also with Bishop. I asked her how she felt. This is her first time to the land of Israel. And she said, you know, I've been to Paris. I've been to London, different cultures. But when I got here, again, different cultures, different, different environment, different scenery, but it felt like home. And that's where I'm coming to you from right now. There's so much I would love to expound on and so much I would like to tell you from that short period of time I was there. But I think it's more important now to ground you in God's word and understand that we need to get back to our roots. Not only do we need to get back to our roots as a Christian body, so to speak, but also get back to our roots as Americans and and brothers and sisters in Christ. And I believe that once we ground ourselves in those roots, that we can go forth no matter what happens in our lives, no matter what happens in our country. We have to understand that we are ambassadors. So I think I've got many degrees, and I'm not gonna go through all the degrees I have and certificates. But I became an ambassador for Israel when I was over in Israel, something that had prophesied unknowingly back in twenty ten, and it manifests fifteen years later. It just shows that prophecy is never fulfilled within a few days or a few weeks. Sometimes it takes years for fulfill. And, of course, shameless plug. Back in episode fifty five of my podcast, which was back in June, I went through all the prophecies that have been fulfilled since Israel became a nation back on May fourteenth nineteen forty eight, and prophecies still being fulfilled. So let me get into reading the scriptures, and I hope there's a lot more participation this year from you all. Bishop and I cannot just do it ourselves. We wanna hear from you. We wanna hear your concerns. We wanna hear your prayer request. We wanna hear your ideas, what God is speaking to you in your life. This is a family. And as such, we need to be able to communicate to one another, to let us understand one another. And it's great if bishop and I teach, and we talk, and we expound on the scriptures and what god is placing on our hearts. But it also helps to hear from you, to hear from where you're coming from, to hear what god's speaking into your life, and what prayers that you need in order for the Lord to to continue to speak and to continue to move you forward in his love and his peace and in his grace. So let's get to Romans chapter eleven starting in verse eleven. We are going to be going through those scriptures up until twenty seven. So I'm gonna read and then expound from there. I say then, did they stumble so as to fall? May it never be. That's he's actually Paul is talking about the previous scriptures that he's talking about that God has not rejected Israel. Now if there's transgression if their transgression is riches for the world and their failure is riches for the Gentiles, how much more will there be fullness be? But I am speaking to you who are Gentiles and as much then as I am an apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry. If somehow I might move to jealousy my fellow countrymen and some and save some of them. For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? Let me stop there. It goes back here. It says, when I'm speaking to you who are Gentiles and as much then as I am an apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry. For somehow I might move to jealousy my fellow countrymen and save some of them. God in his infinite wisdom and his infinite grace has chose those of us who are Gentiles to make the Jewish nation jealous of how we love their god. We worship the same god. We are part and being grafted in, and we're gonna talk about that as as I reach through, into the root that is Judaism. You see, at one point, when the people were saved on Acts chapter one in Jerusalem on that day of Pentecost, those three thousand that were saved were all Jews. All of them coming throughout the Roman kingdom to be there for the Passover and then Pentecost. So we have to understand is that the scriptures that are reading are all Jewish except two, the book of acts and the gospel of Luke. And as that, we are to provoke the Jewish nation onto jealousy of how we love their god. Remember, the old testament is all about the fact of how god has taken his people and chosen them as their chosen people and how he has instructed them to do as he has said. And if they do what he says, Deuteronomy chapter twenty seven twenty eight, he do and says, these are all the blessings I'm gonna give you. And if you don't, here are all the curses. And then it goes throughout in terms of how Israel came close to God. They were blessed and how they forsake God and starts serving other gods and how they will curse. Think about it in our own lives. I I mean, I think about in my life. Now all the stuff I went through. Now my parents grew grew me up as a Catholic, but at the same token, I was I was secular until the Lord really nailed me when I was age thirty at the time. So we have to understand where our oil is flowing from. I have a picture of a of a olive tree in the garden of Gethsemane, which I didn't have the opportunity to to put my as my background because I wanted to use that as my background today. A few things happened this morning, and I was on a prayer call with the bishop and other pastors from throughout the country and ministers. An olive tree does not produce olives for the first thirty years. When you plant an olive tree, you are planting something that is for generations to come, and we have to understand that. And I'm going to go further into reading, the scriptures here. Verse sixteen. And if the the place of dough is holy, the lump is also. And if the root is holy, the branches are too. There's that root situation. Stay attached to the root. But if none of the branches were broken off and you being a wild olive were grafted in among them became a partaker with them of the rich root of the olive tree, There comes a point in time when the olive tree stops producing, but the root's still good. So cultivators of olive trees understand when an olive tree stops producing or is not producing as much, they will take a new branch off of another olive tree and graft it in to the old olive tree. In the Garden of Gethsemane, I think the next time we get together, I will have a picture of that up behind me. Those olive trees are over two thousand years old. Think about that. They saw Jesus in that garden. They saw Jesus praying to the father. They saw Jesus sweating great drops of blood as he's being prepared to go to the cross. That's the symbolism of the olive tree and the branch that we were grafted in. Now Paul goes on to say, but if some of the branches were broken off and you being a wild olive tree were grafted in among them and became partaker with them of the rich root of the olive tree, do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast against them, remember that it is not you who supports the root, but the root supports you. And what I'm trying to get across here in this bible study is that we need to get rooted in God's word. That is where we get our anointing. That is where we get our wisdom from. Not just knowledge, but wisdom. All wisdom comes from God. Yes. I have many degrees. Yes. I have many certificates. I've spoken in front of large crowds. That means nothing. If I am not attached to the root, if I'm not attached to God's word, if I'm not seeking his wisdom, then what I say means nothing. It means nothing. Because you want to be an impactful individual in your family. You want to be an impactful individual in your neighborhood. You wanna be an impactful impactful individual in your community and so on and so forth. You need the wisdom of god to do that. You need the strength of God to get through the things you're going through. Remember, we still live in a fallen world. It has been twenty five years last week where I celebrated another, should I say, a rebirth where I was cured, not, in remission, but cured of cancer, prostate and colon cancer. Twenty five years. Most people who have cancer do not last that long. In fact, if you go and you look at our classes on cancer, I can't remember the name of the doctor. She's one of our, NDs, I believe, or MDs. And, she basically states that the cure for cancer or the, success rate among conventional medicine is about two percent success rate in overcoming all types of cancers. I have prostate and colon cancer. Most people when they discover they have cancer, it's usually in other parts of the body. But, you know, the conventional wisdom is to go after the the main tumor area first, and they kinda stopped looking after that. But you have to understand is that as we get closer and closer to the coming of the Lord, the second coming and the final coming, we are going to see things that are going to throw people off. And if you're not grounded, it will throw you off. Just look at this this what happened over the weekend with Venezuela and us going in there. That was on nobody's radar that I know of, that we were gonna do that. I'm here in South Florida. I was among many of the Hispanic community during the twenty twenty election, not so much the twenty twenty four election, but the twenty twenty election. And there are people from Nicaragua and Dade County. There are people from Venezuela, large Venezuelan community in the South Florida area, that escaped Yugo Chavez when Chavez took over. Of course, my Cuban brothers and sisters that I've grown up with here in South Florida, my best my best friend is his dad was actually thrown into jail by Castro himself and tortured by Castro. I have a picture of my father with Fidel Castro when he came to New York City. My father was a young man at the time. He was twenty, twenty two years old, about twenty two years old at the time, where Castro came in and wanting to, free Cuba from the dictatorship of Batista, who was also backed by the mob. Of course, we know the history of that and the Cuban Missile Crisis and all that. I say all this to understand is that there are things like that that are going to happen, and that we need to be grounded in God's word and understand the signs and the times. Bishop last night I was on the call with Bishop last night where we're talking about doing a daily devotional bible. I used the daily MacArthur bible to stay in God's word. It gives me usually two two chapters in the Old Testament, a reading in Psalms, reading in Proverbs, and it also gives me a one or two chapters in the New Testament. And by reading that, you can get through the whole bible in one year. I've read through the bible, and I don't I don't wanna sound boastful in what I'm saying, but I've read it at least the whole bible thirty one times in my walk with the Lord. And I say that not being boastful, but at the same time, I need to be in God's word so I can have the strength to get through the days, especially in the latter years where I've had the cancer fights, the loss of my family, loss of my wife, breaking of my back. And you just need to be able to hear God's word and also be a reflection. As you read God's word, you are seeing where you're at in his word. Are you sinning against him? Do you need to correct something in your life? The more we walk in God's word, the more we we understand that we are sinners saved by grace, and we need to be able to course for correct so we can be ambassadors, ambassadors of heaven. As important as that certificate I received being in Israel becoming an ambassador of Israel, more importantly, I'm ambassador of heaven. You are an ambassador of heaven. You will talk to people or run into people that I will never know, I will never be in contact with, and you need to bring a slice of heaven into their lives. Let me go on. You will say then branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in. Quite right. They were broken off for their unbelief, but you stand by your faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. For if god did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either. Hear this, my brothers and sisters. God has grafted us into the olive tree, into the root of Judaism. We need to understand that the scriptures have been laid out that that was a Jewish culture, a Middle Eastern culture, which I can't get into right now, that god himself, the god of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, was speaking into as his scriptures were being written and lived out. And he wants us to stay attached to that. Not that we've become Jews, we are still Gentiles, but that we understand that it is through that root, through the root of the Jewish people that we are blessed by the god of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. It's through that oil, the holy oil of that roots that we are also made holy by the god of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And the reason I'm stressing all of this is because this this antisemitism that has risen up that we haven't seen in a long time, but is also predicted in the word of god. It's there. I don't have time to go through it, but it is there. That this is going to one of the signs of what's going to happen as we get closer and closer to the approaching of the son of god, Yeshua himself. Need to keep keep that in mind. Verse twenty two, behold then the kindness and severity of god to those who fell severity, but to you, God's kindness. God has shown his kindness by allowing us to come into this community that he's called the Jewish nation to to be the apple of his eye. We now become part of the apple of the eye. We don't replace the Jewish nation. We don't replace Israel. The church does not replace Israel. There is a lot of talk out there of replacement theology, which goes back a few centuries. Again, that's another theological discussion. We are a part of we have become a part of the kingdom of God through the Jewish people. So that, again, we make our Jewish brothers and sisters jealous. But it says here, behold in the kindness and severity of God to those who fell severely, but to you, God's kindness. If you continue in his kindness, otherwise, you will be cut off. Verse twenty three. And they also, if they do not continue their unbelief, will be grafted in for God is able to graft them in again. For if you were cut off from what is by nature a wild olive tree, they were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree. For much more will thee will these who are natural branches be grafted into their own olive tree? Paul asked this question. Verse twenty five. For I do not want you brothers to be uninformed for this mystery so that you will not be wise in your own estimation, that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. And that is what we're looking for is a fullness of the Gentiles to come into the kingdom, to be a part of the kingdom. This is where people who have, replacement theology all off. Paul literally is talking about here about Israel being saved. And it and we have to understand is that in the process of that, we also need to be able to witness to our Jewish brothers and sisters in terms of the love of Yeshua and to do it in a proper manner, in a respectful manner. We don't have to, ram Jesus down anybody's throat or you shoot down anybody's throat. As I've stated many times, And, actually, the quote comes from Saint Thomas Aquinas. He said, preach the bible, and if necessary, words. I'm gonna say that again. Preach the bible, and if necessary, use words. And that is how we get the Jewish nation, those who are not following Yeshua, those who are not following Yeshua in the proper manner, to be jealous, to rise up and say, you know, you have something that I I don't understand. I mean, I go to synagogue or I'm not going to synagogue. I I don't I'm not a you know, this different sex in Judaism, whether it be reform or orthodox or ultra orthodox and or liberal. See what's happening in New York. It's over a hundred thousand liberal Jews voted, a Muslim into into office there. But as we walk our faith out, faith, full acknowledgement and trusting him. God gave me that acrostic almost thirty years ago. Full acknowledgement and trusting him. As we go forth in our walk with the Lord, as we go forth, as he's taking us through trials and highs and lows, as Jesus said, he wanted to give us an abundant life, and then abundant life is like a roller coaster ride. Come on. A lot of us are here because of what happened during the COVID years. I lost three jobs at a at in teaching medical school. I was a month away of being an associate professor at one of the schools, one of the colleges, medical schools that I was teaching at. So we have this roller coaster ride, and all of us have a story. All of us have been through some hard things. All of us have had some glory things. We have a tendency sometimes to talk more about the bad things that have happened in life than the good things that have happened in life. I know one of the good things that happened to have is I came to the knowledge of Yeshua. Many of you may not know this, but Yeshua did come to my bedroom with my grandmother when I was nineteen years old. If I recall correctly, it took me ten years before I finally accept him as Lord and savior. It's a long, another story from another time. But we need to understand. It goes on to say, in verse twenty six, and so all Israel will be saved just as it is written, the deliverer will come from Zion. He removed ungodliness ungodliness from Jacob, and this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins. So this morning, I just wanna get you to ground yourself in God's word if you are not to get the holy oil of the scriptures to continue to go forth. And as you go out throughout the day, you don't know who you're going to meet. In the coming days, coming weeks, coming months, coming years, we're going to see a rise in antisemitism. We're going to see a rise of a lot of things that we never thought we would see in our lifetime. Some of you may know the controversy of Tucker Carlson. Some of us are trying to get in contact with him, maybe be interviewed by him. We need to pray for people like Tucker Carlson, this kid, Nick Fuentes, who I believe is suffering in front of the in front of the world, as she comes up with her crazy conspiracy theories. In her case, they're they're they're crazy. But even in our own lives, they were gonna have some great days. We're not gonna have some some great not great days. And one thing that doctor Dennis made mentioned, last year is that she feels that everyone who is a GoldCare member should be a part of this faith class. And I one hundred percent agree, not because I'm just a pastor, but I understand the healing that comes from being in God's word. If it wasn't for God's word, I don't think I would be on this call today. I would have either ended my life or be on the streets as a bum somewhere. I'm not sure. Because of all of the things I've gone through, you know only so so only so much of the part of my stories that brought me to this point then before you this morning. God wants you to stay attached to this root. Don't ever have somebody try to remove you from that root. Don't allow the enemy that we call the devil or Satan to take away the joy of the Lord from you even in the midst of your sorrow. I've had enough sorrow in my life to laugh last me a lifetime. Loss of my wife, loss of my children, loss of jobs, loss of prestige, loss, loss, loss. But at the same token, I also marvel that even though I'm a broken individual, a broken man, that in my weakness, God is strong. And sometimes God allows certain things in our lives just to strengthen us for the next thing that's coming, that we can be strong for others as we go forth. So my brothers and sisters, I'm I'm gonna end right there. I could probably preach another hour, but I'm not. I really, really would like your take on what I said. I really wanna hear, you know, what has happened in the last month have been gone. I know we we won't be able to cover everything, but and pray about other people joining this faith class. It would be great if we had a couple of them a week. It would be great if we had one at night. I was thinking about that this morning, before my my prayer call, with the pastors at, eight o'clock this morning. I don't think you can get enough of God, but at the same token, we have to be practical. As we come together and we're instructing one another and lifting one another up, we need to be able to go out and do the work of the ministry. It's not just about getting filled, but about taking that filling and filling others with the love of God, with the peace of God, with his kindness, as it says. Going back to the scripture, it says here, behold then the kindness and severity of God to those who fell severity, but to you, God's kindness. And I'm gonna end it there. So I would like to hear your thoughts right now. I'm opening the floor for everybody. Don't be shy. It's a new year. Hey, Kathy. Speaker 2
Good morning. It's, you know, one of the things I decided to do this year was try to do either a devotional or something each day. So I discovered through the You Bible, through the Word. So the journey starts actually in Mark, but it goes through chapter to chapter and then it moves on with commentary to each of the different Bible, Bibles, chapters of the Bible. So I'm finding it interesting that I started the journey in Mark, but I thought this would be really cool to see how this particular devotional evolves for the year and the insight I gained from it. Because it's one thing to read the Bible, but sometimes for me, it's nice to have additional commentary or guidance questions for thought of how to make those connections in your life. So that was one of the things I did start working on, and, I look forward to it. I do it in the evening and, you know, when everything's quiet and just sit down and read the chapter for the night and then listen to the commentary and then, you know, think about it for myself. And it's kind of a nice way to, one, wind down the day, but two, reflect on the day as well. So that's where I'm at at the moment. And then from there, you know, we see. I know there's so much happening in the world that for the life of me, I can't believe that we actually are witnessing. But I have to block that out sometimes because otherwise, if I don't just, you know, work on my you know, work on the word and work on my family and my what's around me, the rest of that is so overwhelming that it could literally, you know, for some people give up, I think, because it's just so extreme, you know, including what's happening in Virginia. And sometimes for the life of me, I can't I can't even fathom it that we are witnessing the evil that is there. So, yeah, it's a good way to be grounded. And so I Yeah. You know, beneficial. Speaker 1
Agree one hundred percent what you're talking about. The fact is is that, I never thought I'd be alive to see the things that are happening today. I really didn't. And that I'm witnessing scripture come to life and prophecy come to life. And sometimes what we have to do is we have to, focus on the things that we can affect. So the extraneous stuff that's coming through the news won't affect us as much because we think we can't do anything about that, but we can affect those that are around us. That's why I say it's really important to stay grounded for our close for our families, for our neighbors, for our community to start there. Unfortunately, you know, for too long, we've been looking at the federal government or Washington itself and thinking, well, we can't do anything about that. Well, we can in certain areas, but we can make more of an impact in our own family first and then our community. And that's what we have to look at. But always looking at the fact that God has a bigger plan and that all that's happening around us is part of that plan, and it's tough to if you don't have his grounding, if you don't stay attached to the root, you will be overwhelmed. You will be I'm gonna give up. Why should I keep on going? It doesn't matter. My life doesn't matter. Well, guess what? Your life does matter. Speaker 2
Right. Correct. Speaker 1
You know? Your life does matter. You know why? You're you're a mom. Your your life matters to your children. Your life life matters to your grandchildren. Your life matters to the neighbor that's that your your new neighbor because I know you guys moved. So so you have to be able to stay grounded. Understanding is that you gotta do what you gotta do in your sphere of influence, so to speak, and not worry about so much about all the other stuff that's going on. Speaker 2
A funny, anecdotal note to that, meeting neighbors, you know, it's very rural here. But the funny thing is that we have FedEx that insists on delivering our packages to everyone else's home. Let's go finding them. So that's how I'm meeting people because they're last yesterday, the box was at someone else's garage around the block. For the life of me, don't know why. But it's it's been interesting because here we are going around and I'm like, knocking on doors. Hi. I'm your neighbor. By any chance, do you have my box? So strange. Speaker 1
Kathy, I live I live in the suburbs. I live in a condo complex. And guess what? The same thing happens here. So, unfortunately, it just seems that we got people who are being hired, and they're not looking at the label and making sure they're in the right place. I'm thinking that's a simple thing to do. Right? You look at a label. Even though the GPS takes you where it takes you, I know for for a fact that I started using GPSs when I was in the the yachting industry. And back then, they were pretty good, but not as good as they are today, but they still lead you sometimes to the wrong place. And now I've had situations where I have a neighbor on the third floor, and they'll leave the package right in front of my door. They won't go to the third floor. Speaker 2
I know. It's a little frustrating, though, because sometimes I can't find them. But we're not on GPS yet, so that makes it even worse. So Speaker 1
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It it it is. So so it's Speaker 2
Hi, Doyle, anyway. That's how you meet people. Speaker 1
Yeah. Exactly. Yeah. In that case, God is using that for you to meet your neighbors, which is a a good thing. You know? So I guess you in a way, it's a blessing. So Speaker 2
Yeah. I guess. Speaker 3
Yeah. Speaker 1
Anybody else wanna participate? I really would like a lot more participation. Speaker 3
Good morning, everyone. Happy New Year. Speaker 1
Hey, Thomas. Happy New Year. I was thinking about you the other day. Speaker 3
Hey. I've been thinking about you too as well. It sounds like you had a wonderful trip to Israel. Welcome back. We missed you. And my gosh, I appreciate so much your your insight and and your wisdom that that that you bring to us in in these sessions and really every conversation I have with you. So I absolutely wanna express the the appreciation. So thank you for that. I wanted to talk a little bit. You you mentioned about doctor Dana and her wanting to, you know, make this this faith class, guess, I guess, more prominent, increase the Yeah. Speaker 1
More impactful. Make Speaker 3
it Yeah. More impactful. Impactful. That that's that's a good word to use. Thank you. Speaker 1
Yeah. Impactful. Speaker 3
Yeah. I wanted to let everyone know that I'm actually working with with doctor Dana and and Bishop Benjamin on just that. And we're we're calling our our our faith strategy initiative for for this year. And I don't know if if everyone realizes this, but when GoldCare was put together by doctor Gold, yeah, she established GoldCare as a private membership association. And that is a legal organization structure, such as a corporation or an LLC. But it it was put together for to have an organization based on freedom of religion. And I you know, a lot of you may know this, but doctor Gold, she is is Jewish, and this organization has Jewish roots. Amen. What what you just spoke about earlier. And in putting GoldCare together, we know that that faith is very closely tied to to health and and the overall well-being for for folks. And so we really want to to emphasize that, and and we wanna build the the faith aspect of of GoldCare. That that's a that's a huge initiative for us this year. And so for everyone who's participating in in the call here today, I know we've got a very strong group. The people that that come here seem to stay, and we've got a really strong core group. Speaker 1
Yes. Speaker 3
But it it will be nice to to be able to have others experience the the wonderful learnings, that that we have in this community. So if if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions on on how we might grow this and present this to other GoldCare members, please contact me. I'll I'll put my email in, the the chat, and feel free to reach out to me directly on this subject. So I I just wanted to, let everyone know, about, doctor Dane and Bishop Benjamin's work on this and and, wanted to, involve everyone here as well, in in that initiative. So that that's what I have to share today. Speaker 1
Thanks, Tom. I really appreciate that. Yeah. I, I am, obviously, from a pastoral standpoint, I agree with doctor Dale one hundred percent as I studied earlier. And the mental aspect of healing and the spiritual aspect of healing is very real. Being that, you know, one of my primary, things to do is, healing objectives is with cancer, I should say. I know of the power of people who have a positive mindset grounded in the word of scripture where I have helped people who have stage four cancer, and they're alive today. And I know people who had stage one cancer, and they're not with us anymore. So from that perspective, I've seen the power of the mind. There's a lot more to that, but, in general, the power of the mind. So being grounded in the god's word let's face it. I can teach people to live a hundred and twenty years. That's what scripture says. But it's more important to get them to live forever and and to live forever in heaven and in the new Jerusalem. The new Jerusalem will be in Israel. So that's another aspect of it is to get people grounded in God's word so they will be part of that new Jerusalem and will live forever in the new Jerusalem and the new heaven and the new earth. Because we all were created as forever beings, and we have the choice to either live forever with him in heaven or forever in hell. And that's just the reality of it. That's the truth of it. So, you know, thanks for that initiative, Tom. I really appreciate the fact that you're letting us know that. And I wanna ask people to, on this call specifically and those who are gonna be listening to this call to please pray for that. The most important thing that we can do is pray. I see here that Vanessa in the chat has actually said, how do we pray and support Israel since you were there as is the most needed what's the most needed such as PTSD? Scripture is clear. We need to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. We also need to pray for the health and well-being of the soldiers that were involved in fighting Hamas and the other factions that want to destroy them. We have to pray against the antisemitism that is rising in this country. Now not that we have a lot of time because we're coming up on ten minutes to ten here. We have to understand is that what is happening is is happening scripturally where God has allowed this angst. Israel right now is the most hated country in the world, believe it or not. We've made a take we may have taken a little bit of the heat right now because of what we've done in Venezuela, but my I have to tell you this. My Venezuelans brothers and sisters are ecstatic of what happened with Maduro being taken out, And my Cuban brothers and sisters can't wait for president Trump to go into Cuba. And, hopefully, this time we end up keeping Cuba. That's another history lesson. But we need to continue to pray for those people. I've been talking with bishop Benjamin and, praying about providing help to those who are suffering from PTSD, especially the IDF. I know how to overcome PTSD. It is a slow process, but it can be done. It's not just by talk therapy, but also by nutrition therapy that people can overcome. And I myself suffer from PTSD, so I know what it is and know what it's like. And, I had to go through a lot of talk therapy as well as nutritional supplementation in order to renourish my body so I could overcome the trauma of that. So those are a couple of things, Vanessa, that we, that I would ask you to pray in this group to pray for is to pray for the idea of soldiers, but also pray for the families of the that lost loved ones during that attack on October seventh. I'll also pray for the Christian community that's within, Gaza that are being held by these Islamic terrorists. They're in Gaza. There's a lot of things going on. Again, I don't have a lot of time to talk about it right now. But some horrific things I was, I was shown when I was in, Israel. It wasn't necessarily vacation I was going on. It was a working fact finding tour that I was on when I was there. I covered a lot in a short period of time. I'm still processing. When I was in the Caribbean doing what I was doing down there, I was still writing about what I I witnessed over in Israel for those six days as opposed to what I was doing in the Caribbean, it was that impactful. But somehow, someway, I believe God is going to use me to help those IDS soldiers that I was in contact with when I was in Israel. Several of them came to me and asked me if I could help them with their PTSD situation. I said, yeah. I can. And somehow, someway that's gonna work out. So pray for that. I I don't know if GoldCare is gonna be involved in that. I talked to bishop Benjamin concerning that. I have this heart that God has given me to help them over there. I love the family I have here at GoldCare. So you can talk you can keep me in prayer about that, but specifically pray we are going to see some things again. Pray for the Jewish community here, in the United States, but also throughout the world. But specifically here, we have the largest Jewish community here in the United States, specifically here in South Florida as well as in New York City. They will be coming under attack that we've already seen that. Just before I left for the Caribbean, we had the attack in Australia. In fact, I hooked up with a pastor from Australia, and he talked to me about that. And we left we led bible studies, him and I, together, when we were in the Caribbean. So it's going to be an exciting year. Either way, it's going to be an exciting year. And I see I'm feeling and sensing excitement. I also sense that something big is going to happen, and it's going to take people by shock. But those of us who are grounded and that's why it was important for me to talk today. And it was an answered prayer, actually, when the bishop called me on Monday, taking to to that time in this class, is that I want to get people back to their Jewish roots to understand the scriptures from a Jewish perspective, but also understand that we are the part of the end time church. We are part of the end time church. And as such, we have a mantle that's been placed upon us to play for the Jewish nation, to play for the churches that they get back to the Jewish roots, that we don't have this schism within the church of, Israel really doesn't belong in the land. We have replaced Israel as I read for you in Romans chapter eleven. And if you run into anybody who has that attitude that Israel doesn't belong in the land and Israel is not does not is not being blessed by the Lord, point out Romans chapter eleven. It states clearly there, that Israel is part of the end. And when it talks about all Israel be saved, yes, they will be saved at the in the end days, but we still have the responsibility to make those Jewish neighbors and friends jealous of how we worship their god. So it's a privilege to be a part of that when I was over there, and I I think there's more coming. It's also a privilege to be here. Oh, yeah, Michelle. I have that I also have that that the complete Jewish bible. I don't know about seventy bibles, and I've read through that. And it's a really good bible, the Jewish bible, to give you a perspective from a Jewish perspective in terms of how the scriptures are written. The Kentrell situation, Michelle, I I praise God for the fact that I live in the great state of Florida, the as we call it, the free state of Florida. Now everything's perfect here. That's one thing the state legislature did last year is they stopped chemtrails. And I remember looking when I sometimes go into the pool to get my therapy and I look up into the skies. And I remember back in July in June, I was to be seeing all these chemtrails flying over because I'm close to a couple of airports over here. And then when that legislation started on July the first, all the chemtrails disappeared. So, if you're still having chemtrails in the state of Texas where you're at, and I know Austin, I've been to Austin, what a crazy town that is. It's crazy over there. Need need to get a hold of your state legislators to start passing to to start passing legislation to stop these chemtrails that are going through. So, there's there's yeah, Tom. Sometimes we have to look at the fact of sometime there are going to be some, vapor trails. The I'm not gonna get into a major discussion, but and and, but in the state, the state has banned chemtrails, period. End of story. So, and, Michelle, you're right. The those those types of things concerning, red light saunas, the red light therapy I'm using on my shoulder. Pray for my injuries. I was injured in, I was injured back in, in the Caribbean. Unfortunately, when I was in Dominican Republic, I fell down part of a mountain and injured my wrist and shoulder. And just as I was healing from that, I had an accident in Puerto Rico injuring the left wrist and shoulder again. So I'm dealing with that situation. So I'll pray for my healing concerning that. Does anybody have any prayer requests before we leave? Any other comments, suggestions? You can unmute yourself. Anybody else would like to pray? We're at nine fifty seven. I I wanna be respectful of your time. Any prayer requests? Any other comments? Going once? Going twice? I appreciate you you, Kathy and Tom for sharing this morning, Michelle for posting, Vanessa for posting. I would love to see your faces and your voices come through. I hope we have a lot more participation this year. Jackie. You have to unmute yourself, Jackie. Hello. Hey, Jackie. Speaker 4
I start my radiation today and I just wanna request prayer for that. I have five treatments of radiation and supposed to start on Monday, and the machine wasn't working. And so I'm going to start today. So I just pray for minimal side effects and that everything goes well. I also wanted to mention our church is doing a yearly bible study starting in Genesis on January first, and so I'm taking part in that. It gives us our pastor is leading a a weekly oh, just direction, I guess, as far as the different chapters that we should be reading. And, also, he asked us to do a simple little thing that he said changed his life a couple years ago. Every morning when you get out of bed, get on your knees and say, yield my life to Christ. So I've been doing that since the beginning of January, and I put a note next to my bed so I remember. And it takes thirty seconds and very simple. So that's another thing that we can incorporate as far as prayer and and also fasting. We're doing a twenty one day fast, which is quite difficult. My fast, obviously, is for a cure for cancer for my husband, and I'm pretty much cancer free. And my last step of the process is to go through these five radiation treatments, and then I'll be done. But I'm offering my twenty one day fast up for a healing specifically for my husband from his pancreatic cancer, and he's making a lot of headway. His cancer markers started out in the fourteen thousand, and they're down to six hundred and sixty six, which is we give all the praise and glory to God. I mean, people all over the country are praying for us, and we feel those prayers, and God listens. God is good. Speaker 1
Amen. Jackie, I'd like to, Thomas just put a URL, a website that you might wanna take a look at. Also, I highly suggest that you look at the videos that we have on cancer. I think you can get some insights if you have if you and your husband haven't done that. We have several videos. I I did two myself, I believe, and others other doctors have done some. I highly suggest that you look at those videos too to give you some some encouragement for you and your husband. Speaker 4
Yeah. Well, he's been using ivermectin and finbendazole on the side. Moffat is very much against those things. But Speaker 1
Yeah. I I also take a look I also take a look at, Leotro. Speaker 4
Yeah. He's shaking those. Okay. Yeah. The the pit, he has a bag of those and usually takes three a day. So Speaker 1
Okay. Speaker 4
So I really think they're playing a part as well. Speaker 1
Praise god. Praise god. Michelle, you have something to to, to share? I see that you're unmuted. Speaker 5
Oh, I forgot. Yeah. Just prayers. I've had a tingling sensation that started last May. I've done a lot of different things and seen a few different doctors, but, it still hasn't subsided. So, just prayers that, you know, they'll be able to figure out what the root cause is. Where's the tingling sensation? In my entire body. Speaker 1
Your entire body. Okay. Speaker 5
I've I've done mold remediation. I've done the parasite cleanse. I've done a liver cleanse. I did a plasma exchange and a few different other things. So Speaker 1
Okay. Speaker 5
If you think you have any ideas, I'm happy to book an appointment with you. Speaker 1
Okay. Jackie, what's your what's your husband's name? Gary. Gary? Jerry. Jerry. Okay. Yes. Let's pray right now. Father, thank you for this opportunity you've given us together as a family, Lord. It's, it's always good to be with brethren, especially when you have brethren that are coming from different parts of the country, even different parts of the world than I experienced when I was on the Caribbean tour, so to speak. I wanna lift up Jerry to you, Lord, and his wife, Jackie. I know what it is when a husband and wife come down with cancer because, obviously, it happened to me. Back in two thousand, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, and a month later, I was diagnosed with prostate and colon cancer. So I know it's difficult, but with you, it makes it easier to keep them grounded. I pray for a miracle cure, Lord. I pray for your hand to come upon Jerry right now, Lord, and that pancreatic cancer just disappear, that you astound the doctors that the cancer is no longer there. I've seen you do it in the past, and I ask you humbly to do it now in Jerry's life and in Jackie's life. I pray for wisdom in all that they're doing, Lord. I pray for Jackie's cancer that the same thing happened to her, that you touch her in such a way that every part of her body feels the warmth of your healing hand upon her, and that she will sense your peace, your comfort, your love, and that her cancer disappear, Lord. Continue to keep them in relationship with each other, relationship with you. May your love just overflow out of them and that they be witnesses to their church and witnesses to the doctors of the love that you have for them. I pray for Michelle right now, Lord, who's having this tingling sensation throughout her entire body, that you give her the wisdom and give her the understanding of what's causing this sensation that she's never had before and that you heal her, that you touch her from the top of her head down to her toes, and that you make her a new woman. And, again, that she will be able to show your love, your grace, and your peace to all those that encounter her. I pray for all others here on this call right now, Lord, that you continue to shape them and mold in them in the image of your son. And as we go out in this new year, this twenty twenty six year, I know you have plans and you have a direction for each one of us, Lord, that we continue to stay in your roots, seek your knowledge, but most importantly, your wisdom that your holy oil will anoint each one of us for the plan that you have in our lives and that we be those ambassadors from heaven and be ambassadors to our family, be ambassadors to our husbands and wives, be ambassadors to our neighbors and to our community, and may you be glorified in all that we do. And we ask this all in Yeshua's name. Amen. Blessings to all. If I could be of service, please reach out to me. Just have a blessed day and a blessed week, and we'll see you next week. Speaker 4
Thanks, Doctor. John. Speaker 1
You are absolutely one hundred percent welcome. Have a great day.
